Physical Therapy Early Assurance Program (EAP) for College Sophomores

纽约州立大学上州医科大学物理治疗早期保证计划的目标是允许例外, 鼓励任何认可的本科院校的学生早在他们大二的时候就申请并确保他们接受我们的物理治疗博士课程.  该计划旨在使学生从申请众多物理治疗学校的压力和费用中解脱出来, allowing them more freedom to pursue unique academic interests and experiences.

Applicants to the Early Assurance Program must have:

  • A minimum science prerequisite grade point average of 3.30 in physical therapy science prerequisites (see next two bullet points).

    • Anatomy and Physiology I with lab (3-4 semester hours)

    • General Chemistry I with lab (3-4 semester hours)
    • General Chemistry II with lab (3-4 semester hours)

A completed application consists of:

  • SUNY 推荐最近最火的赌博软件 Physical Therapy Early Assurance application: 马上申请 (3月1日至6月15日开放)
  • Official High School Transcript. This may be mailed to our office (766 Irving Ave.地址:锡拉丘兹，纽约州13210, Weiskotten Hall 1212)，或发邮件至我们的办公室((电子邮件保护)) directly from your high school Counselor from their work e-mail address.We cannot accept transcripts via Naviance.  The transcript must show your high school graduation date.

    • Once you enter your reference’s information in the application, they will be sent instructions on how to submit the letter of recommendation. Both you and your references will receive a confirmation once it’s submitted.

SAT/ACT scores are not required to apply.

The number of students admitted will vary by year.
