University Hospital recognizes that open visitation plays an important role in a patient's healing and recovery. Family and friends are welcome to visit often while their loved ones are in the hospital. Visiting privileges are not restricted or denied on the basis of race, color, national origin, 宗教, 性, 性ual orientation, gender identity, or disability. 病人 have the right to refuse to see visitors if they so wish and should discuss this with their nurse. Please review the visitor guidelines and visit our information desks for additional information.

Visitor Sign-In

For everyone's safety, University Hospital requires all visitors to present identification, preferably a photo ID, such as driver s license, as they enter the hospital. Family members and visitors will then receive a visitation ID sticker with their name and visit location.

Visitation ID stickers need to be worn at all times in the hospital. Visitation ID stickers are color-coded for each day of the week so stickers need to be replaced daily at the hospital information desk in the lobby.

志愿者 服务

Our uniformed 志愿者s greet visitors every day from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm at the Patient Testing Entrance and from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm at the Main Entrance. 志愿者s are available to help you with your luggage and/or wheelchair; escort you through the hospital; provide parking and hospital information; assist with transportation, regular mail and flower delivery.

Public Safety is also available to provide security escort services to your car if requested.
